I have been practising Mindfulness meditation since I was ten years old, over the years I have spent time learning various styles of mindfulness meditation and have put together a technique that allows a busy person to quieten the mind and remove the 'monkey chatter' all within the ninety minutes of an average workshop. Nothing beats practise but once you understand that you can do it, you will never stop. I have been teaching and sharing this technique for the previous two years at the One World Festival and I also provide workshops at my local Adult education Centre. I am a Reiki two facilitator since 2005 as well as been a dowser since I was seven years old when my 'Gypsy rose' grandmother taught me to dowse, I specialise as a Spiritual diviner and perform house clearing
