Biodanza encompasses all that I hold dear. I love people and helping them to learn, helping them to be happier and more in control of their lives. I have been a teacher and am now a Biodanza teacher, through which I can indulge my love of music, movement and dancing with beautiful connection to myself and others especially with my two beautiful weekly groups in Milton Keynes. Also a Chartered Counselling Psychologist and therapist, spirituality has always been important to me and I have co-written a book called ‘Teaching Meditation to children’ and given workshops nationally and internationally.I feel blessed to have been introduced to this wonderful system and to be able to take it into the world to share with others.

Biodanza
Biodanza is an amazing system of personal growth through great and varied music, movement and dance. Created in the 1960s in Chile and practiced world wide, It is known to make people who attend it regularly, happier, more confident and experience a better sense of well-being. With no steps to learn and no judgement it focuses on self expression, connection with oneself, with others and with the Divine, however you chose to interpret that. It is based on love and respect for all living things, encouraging fun, authenticity, strength, acceptance and an open heart. It’s creator, Rolando Toro Arenada, was nominated for a Nobel peace prize for this work.
