Yin yoga
Yin yoga is a sill yoga practice where we stay in the poses longer,(3-5 minuets) deepening the postures, releasing tension from the body, reversing contracture ( caused by repetitive movements & injury ) exciting the tendons and ligaments, ( putting the body back ) releasing stuck fascia, allowing bLance and a greater freedom of movement plus host of other benefits, Yin yoga is also a great pathway to meditation.
