Peter Donn

Peter Donn is an international EFT Master trainer and practitioner, training regularly in the USA, UK and Canada. He is a certified trainer for the three largest EFT organisations worldwide and is one of the most experienced, having been trained in person by tapping originator Dr Roger Callahan and EFT creator Gary Craig.

As well as being the creator of Higher-Psycho-Kinesiology and Root-Cause Healing Therapy he is a contributory author to the: Clinical EFT Handbook: A Definitive Resource for Practitioners, Scholars, Clinicians & Researchers” available on Amazon.

He trains and practices with warmth and humour helping people feel relaxed and at home and runs consultation sessions by phone, Skype and face to face in Hertfordshire.





Powerful Healing Experience with Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)

This workshop will be a chance to experience the power of EFT in the hands of experienced Master practitioner Peter Donn.  Although there will be a brief description of EFT this is primarily a healing workshop.

We will be using EFT working both in a group on common issues and also mini-sessions in the group on specific individuals, however as we work on these everyone will be joining in and hopefully experiencing shifts in similar or other issues brought to the workshop.

We will also be using EFT in the group to increase positive states of wellbeing to high levels.

Bring along a current challenge – or general stress – or a positive state you would like to have more of - and expect to experience the power of EFT.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)

The Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a group of powerful processes that can help just about anyone to achieve genuine freedom from the emotions that have created problems in their lives. These techniques have been described by some as one of the most important breakthroughs in the area of psychology in this century. They have been used successfully with thousands of people with a broad range of difficulties.

EFT is a simple, rapid, gentle and powerful self-help tool to help you release and transform your most challenging issues.  It is a bit like acupuncture for the emotions – except no needles are used.  It is highly effective in releasing stress, limiting beliefs, negative emotions, general upset and trauma.  It can be self-administered in a simple but often very effective way, or be offered as a treatment modality by qualified practitioners for more complex issues.  It is officially evidence-based for a number of issues such as anxiety, PTSD and depression.  Shifts can often be experienced in minutes!
