During these workshops we will learn steps and moves from different dance styles of the world: from salsa and chacha to belly dance, bollywood and some fun pop-style choreographies. All participants can add their own free and improvised steps and moves if inspired to do so by the wonderful music. Dance is the best way to connect with others and with our body and while we dance our mind is focused on the steps and moves only: it is a form of dynamic meditation and a wonderful workout. No previous experience needed.
