Early morning yoga will consist of gentle stretching sequences, breath work and relaxation to start off and prepare us for the day. Suitable for beginners or those with more experience, all will work within their own ability. These will not be strong sessions but just an enjoyable gentle start to the day.
I am a British Wheel of Yoga teacher and have been teaching for twenty years. I have been attending and running sessions at one world for ten years which have included the early morning walk and stretch sessions, as well as the dance and stretch sessions and during my first years at One World I ran the Yoga child sessions.
I am very much looking forward to returning to one world again this year.
